Apprenticeships
- Every year we take up to four apprentices
- Our aim is to give a job to every apprentice at the end of their training period
- We encourage professional training and dual vocational courses (especially in taxation)
- We are a cooperation partner for dual vocational courses at various universities, such as TH Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Hochschule Worms University of Applied Sciences
Training
- We offer all employees ongoing training sessions several times a year, chosen from various providers in the region
- Where appropriate, our employees also take part in further training sessions on particular issues
- We offer ongoing online training on computer programs and specialist online seminars
- Where required, our experts hold internal training sessions on special technical issues
